Union/Non-Union Job Summary:

We’re in search of a Program Supervisor to work on a full time basis at with our Community Support Program (CSP) and Recovery Support Navigator (RSN) Program, part of our Behavioral Health & Recovery Services Division. The program supervisor is accountable to the Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services, who is responsible for providing supervision and training. The program supervisor is one who actively promotes the philosophy of the Gándara Center and maintains a high level of commitment to the program.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to external issues associated with CSP/RSN Inform Senior Director in a timely manner of all issue regarding organizations, staffing, billing, or other matter of importance to the success of CSP/RSN Provide weekly individual supervision of all CSP/RSN Workers Provide group supervision and training at least two times per quarter Ensure that CSP/RSN Workers are effectively fulfilling case management duties Ensure that CSP/RSN Workers are complying with billing requirements and timelines Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Managed Care Liaison in the fiscal department of the agency Ensure that CSP/RSN Workers are communicating effectively and in a timely manner with individuals served and collaterals Ensure that CSP/RSN Workers have opportunities to coordinate interdepartmentally to ensure that optimal internal agency utilization of services Attend external and internal meetings relevant to persons served and/or CSP/RSN services, as needed Attend Quarterly Regional CSP Providers meeting Ensure that consultation on the behalf of the person served is conducted and billed as needed Attend relevant trainings as required by

Senior Director/designee Minimum Qualifications:

Degree and Licensing required: Must possess a Master’s degree in the human services or related field and have a Massachusetts independent license (i.e. LMHC; LICSW; LMFT; LADC I).
