Job Description
Property Manager Hampshire Property Management Group Northampton, MA 01060 As a growing company, we are looking for great candidates to join our team. We are seeking a proactive, organized, and experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of Condominium Associations, single/multi-family residential, and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily operations, financial management, vendor coordination, and board/resident relations. Candidates with an existing portfolio of properties are strongly encouraged to apply, though this is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of assigned residential properties, including maintenance, resident communications, and vendor oversight Serve as the primary liaison between condo boards, property owners, tenants, and vendors Conduct routine property inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations Coordinate and supervise service providers (e.g., landscapers, cleaners, contractors) Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and reserve planning in collaboration with accounting teams Attend and facilitate association board meetings and annual owner meetings as needed Respond to resident concerns and maintenance requests promptly and professionally Oversee leasing activities, rent collections, and tenant relations (for rental properties, if applicable) Maintain accurate and organized records of property operations, expenses, and communications
Qualifications:
Property Management experience with condominiums and/or multi-family residential properties Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively Strong understanding of property management laws, condo association governance, and fair housing regulations Exceptional communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills Proficiency with property management software (e.g., AppFolio) Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Preferred but not required: Existing portfolio of properties that can transition under HPMG’s management
