THE ROLE

As Community and leasing Manager, you’ll be the face of a Rowe Street location—balancing hospitality, operations, member experience, and light sales. This is a hands-on role where you’ll wear many hats: part concierge, part facilities coordinator, part growth strategist. You’ll work closely with our management team and local vendors to ensure that our spaces are not only running smoothly but buzzing with community and opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Grow and Retain the Community

  • Lead member onboarding, tours, and lease renewals.
  • Manage the full leasing sales cycle—from initial inquiry through signed agreement.
  • Build relationships with current members to boost satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and drive internal referrals.
  • Host monthly events to strengthen the local community Operational Oversight
  • Ensure the space is clean, functional, and up to Rowe Street standards.
  • Coordinate with property management and vendors to resolve any maintenance issues.
  • Track key metrics (occupancy, churn, revenue) and report to management regularly. Community Engagement & Brand Presence
  • Cultivate a collaborative, upbeat environment in line with our brand values.
  • Connect members with one another and with regional partners.
  • Represent Rowe Street in the broader Boston small business and startup ecosystem.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Strong background in customer service, property leasing, sales, hospitality, or coworking.
  • Energetic, approachable, and highly organized.
  • Self-starter comfortable taking initiative and wearing multiple hats.
  • Proficiency in data entry and office software; experience in Doorloop or Quickbooks a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic operations tasks (billing systems, CRM, vendor coordination).
  • Passion for small business communities, logistics, or creative entrepreneurship.
