Eliot is seeking an experienced Program Manager for the day to day operations of a residential program for adults with mental illness.
Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. As a valued member of a multidisciplinary team, the Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the program, supervising program staff to ensure the delivery of high quality support and service. The ideal candidate must possess a strong commitment to mental health recovery as well as strong communication, organizational and managerial skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations and overall service delivery for residential program Coordinate and direct case management services for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively
Foster a culture of hope, recovery, and resilience within the program by emphasizing each person’s strength
Hire, train and supervise program staff utilizing a coaching and team building environment
Facilitate communication within the team and with external supports, including medical services, psychiatric services, care coordination entities, family members, and other involved providers
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Experience working with adults with mental illness
Valid Massachusetts drivers license
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Annual Salary
$60,000
- $70,000 USD
