Property Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
3-5 years of property management experience, with a focus on HUD properties
In-depth knowledge of HUD regulations, compliance requirements, and elderly housing practices
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing a positive living experience for residents
Local and state Real Estate License preferred
