Full-Time | On-Call Emergency Response Required Bonney Staffing is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a client in the Farmington, Maine area. This full-time position is perfect for someone with experience in property maintenance who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and variety in their day-to-day tasks. The role includes weekly travel to the Searsport/Belfast area and requires on-call availability for emergency maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs and routine maintenance on residential and/or commercial properties Handle unit turnovers, including painting, patching, and light renovations Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general systems Respond to emergency maintenance calls in a timely and professional manner Follow preventative maintenance plans and keep systems running smoothly Communicate with property managers to complete work orders efficiently Maintain records of completed work and inventory used Ensure all tasks meet safety codes and building regulations

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in property maintenance or general contracting Proficiency in basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied conditions (e.g., outdoors, crawlspaces) Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule (including nights/weekends) Nice to
