Join us to build scalable, human-centered technology that empowers frontline workers and improves lives across the U.S. About the role We are seeking a dynamic Community Partnerships Manager to engage with community-based organizations, build authentic relationships, and guide organizations in understanding opportunities to partner with Pear Suite. This role combines community engagement with sales acumen to drive meaningful partnerships. What Makes This Role Unique You’ll build a pipeline of accounts through genuine community involvement – participating in virtual collaborative meetings, health plan convenings, and community health worker gatherings. Your success will come from being a trusted presence in the communities where our customers work, primarily through virtual relationship building with strategic in-person engagement at key industry events. What you’ll do Community Engagement & Relationship Building Participate in virtual collaborative meetings, health plan events, and community health worker convenings Build authentic, long-term relationships with community-based organizations, health systems, and health plans Serve as Pear Suite’s regional ambassador at industry conferences, local coalitions, and networking events Develop deep understanding of regional health ecosystem, key players, and market dynamics Business Development & Partnership Growth Own the complete partnership cycle from relationship initiation through contract close Conduct high-value discovery conversations to identify pain points and solution fit Lead Pear Suite product demonstrations and presentations tailored to specific community needs Maintain and accurately forecast partnership pipeline using Hubspot Market Development & Growth Identify and prioritize target markets within assigned region Develop territory-specific go-to-market strategies Collaborate with marketing team on regional events and content Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to product and leadership teams Build referral networks and partnership channels Qualifications 2-4 years experience in community health, public health, healthcare partnerships, or related field 1-2 years business development, sales, or partnership experience (formal sales experience preferred but not required) Demonstrated success building relationships with community-based organizations, health plans, or health systems Understanding of community health worker models, social determinants of health, and value-based care Skills & Competencies Exceptional relationship building and communication skills Comfort presenting to diverse audiences from grassroots community groups to health plan executives Cultural competency and ability to work effectively across diverse communities Strong business acumen and ability to identify revenue opportunities Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote/virtual role Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred) Willingness and ability to travel strategically (up to 30%) Personal Qualities Authentic passion for community health and health equity Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in fast-paced startup environment High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity Results-driven while maintaining community-first approach Resilience and adaptability in dynamic market conditions Travel Expectations Up to 30% travel Mix of day trips and overnight travel for key conferences and strategic meetings Company covers all travel expenses Flexible scheduling around community events and family commitments What we offer The compensation range for this position is $77,000 – $87,000 Based on experience and regional market factors A mission driven culture that values innovation, collaboration and growth Fully Remote Unlimited PTO Health, dental, and vision insurance Health and Wellness Stipend Tech Stipend Co-working Stipend
