Responsibilities Include:

Assist tenets with any questions they may have Maintain work order reports Answer calls from tenants, clients, owners, contractors and vendors and assist with any needs Review and approve invoices and vendor contracts Provide leases to occupants and track leases that are expired Make daily remote deposits Process the accounts payable Meet with prospective tenants and identify their requirements Experience /

Education:

Associate/Bachelors degree strongly preferred Proven track record of providing excellent internal and external customer service Strong Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Great multi-tasking skills
