(Kansas City, MO): Real Estate Development & Property Manager. Oversee the management of properties and assist in the development of new projects. Responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate, ensuring operational efficiency, maintainingtenant relations, and contributing to the strategic development and growth of Crown Real Estate LLC.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, including tenant relations, lease negotiations, and property maintenance.
Real Estate Development:
Assist in identifying and acquiring new properties for development. Work with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets for properties, ensuring efficient financial operations, including rent collection, expense management, and financial reporting.
Legal Compliance:
Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including tenant rights and zoning laws.
Market Analysis:
