This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our property management activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate administration, with a focus on property leasing and facilities management. You will work closely with the Property Manager to assist in maintaining high occupancy levels. Everyday will look different! Duties Assist in the management of day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring a high level of customer service. Handle tenant inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions. Support the leasing process by conducting property showings and processing applications. Maintain accurate records through data entry. Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders, liaising between tenants and maintenance staff. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it meets safety standards and aesthetic expectations. Requirements Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
