Assistant Property Manager Do you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to help oversee day-to-day operations at apartment communities. ????

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Property Manager with daily operations
Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
Conduct property tours and assist with leasing efforts
Manage resident files, leasing paperwork, and rent collections
Help organize community events and resident retention initiatives
Maintain low delinquency and assist with move-outs and evictions
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies ✅

What We’re Looking For:

Previous on-site property management experience required
Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi)
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Dependable transportation and a can-do attitude
