• We got hit hard by the Tornado a couple weeks ago and need some help getting back online!
• Looking for a Property Manager with ideally a few years of luxury property management experience to help nurse Hudson back to health
• At LuxLiving, we have built literally the nicest, grandest, most spectacular Class A+ new construction projects over the last couple years, and currently have another 9 super exciting projects in the pipeline. Two sister developments
• Chelsea & Hudson
• finished their lease-ups over the past year or so.

(www.chelsea-stl.com & www.hudson-lux.com) Specifically, “Chelsea” is 152 units and is perhaps the nicest building in town. You can read about all its amazing features and amenities online. “Hudson” is 154 units and was built just right down the street. And after that is “SoHo” in Soulard, 322 units finishing up its lease up right now. We have the nicest apartment complexes St. Louis

• and possibly the entire country. Actually one of ours won the Gold Medal for Best Amenities in the country last year. We pride ourselves on awesome amenities such as Karaoke Lounges, Spas, Pool decks, Bowling Alleys, and Sky Lounges
• you will need to throw awesome tenant events every month. The Property Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring our tenants are thrilled with their home, and they will work a schedule of 8:00am
• 5:00pm during the week with a 10-2pm every other Saturday rotation.

We need a Property Manager who is equally as obsessed and passionate about their tenants as we are! We are building new communities every year so there is also ample opportunity for career advancement and progress.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collecting rent and signing renewals Walking the property daily and noting the deficiencies to be corrected Work with the maintenance department to ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner. Plan, schedule and organize resident functions as needed Maintain an excellent customer service relationship

QUALIFICATIONS

Effective verbal and written communication skills Qualified candidates should have prior on-site property management and tenant event experience. Intermediate computer skills in MS Word and Excel, Google Sheets, etc Passion for providing exceptional customer service Self-motivator capable of building and motivating a team
