We are looking for an up-and-coming Jr Property Manager to groom into the next all star manager here…..•One of the fastest growing real estate companies in the area, we specialize in the development, redevelopment, property management, leasing, and brokerage of multi-family properties primarily serving students and young professionals. Our current portfolio includes over 2500 units and multiple new developments across the Midwest. We are currently seeking an assistant with ideally some property management experience, although someone straight out of college could do just fine. The right candidate will be extremely detailed oriented, and passionate about working with and helping people. They will have experience in managing files, conducting audits, interacting with tenants and working hard to manage a growing office. Make a difference.
