What You’ll Do:

As a Manager at Assistance Home Care, you’ll be in the driver’s seat of operations, leadership, and client care, while gaining valuable experience and coaching to accelerate your career.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Take command of client and caregiver schedules, ensuring seamless care and operational efficiency.

Marketing & Community Leadership:

Play an instrumental role in shaping marketing strategies, educating the community, and attracting new clients by demonstrating the value of our services.

Client Care Strategy:

Develop personalized care plans with prospective clients and their families, ensuring they receive exceptional care to maintain independence at home.

Employee Engagement & Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop Care Pros, fostering a culture of engagement and high performance.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients and Care Professionals, and maintain all client records with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Client & Caregiver Scheduling:

Oversee and optimize client and caregiver schedules to ensure the highest quality of care and client satisfaction.

Client Care Plans:

Collaborate with clients and families to design customized care plans that support independence while maintaining dignity.

Community Engagement & Marketing:

Strategize and execute marketing initiatives to grow the business, develop referral networks, and build strong community relationships.

Leadership Development:

Mentor and develop the next generation of care professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the skills needed to succeed.

Quality Control & Compliance:

Maintain meticulous records and ensure all care processes are in full compliance with regulations and company standards. What we need YOU Bring to the

Job Qualifications:
Education:

4-year college degree or equivalent.

Experience:

2+ years of leadership experience, ideally in health care administration, operations management, or as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and willingness to learn about the responsibilities of Care Professionals.

Other:

Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Must pass a drug screening, background check, and Family Care Safety Registry check.
