We are aggressively growing and want a motivated, outgoing person to join our team. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in St. Louis, MO. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of leasing, including lease negotiations and lease administration. Daily tasks will include drafting, reviewing, and finalizing lease documents, conducting property tours, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants. The Property Manager will also collaborate with property management teams to ensure the lease terms are effectively executed and adhered to. Key responsibilities include market research, strategy development for property leasing, and assisting in budgeting and financial planning. Qualifications Experience in Leasing, Lease Negotiations, and Lease Administration Proficiency in Property Management and understanding of Leases Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field Previous experience in a director-level role in property leasing is preferred
