Property Manager Location:
Two Twelve Clayton The Property Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of the community, with a primary focus on achieving and maintaining full market occupancy. Compensation:
Annual salary: $85,000
- 90,000 Variable compensation:
Leasing, Renewal, and Performance Bonuses Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the Marketing Manager to develop marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve occupancy goals. Build rapport with internal and external customers to maintain positive relationships. Interact with residents with the highest level of customer service and a positive, can-do attitude. Walk units, prepare final accounts, and execute statements. Handle resident concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Complete all daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Controls delinquency, collections, and expenditures. Provide hands-on leadership through team building and assisting in continued training with team members. Ability to role model and lead team members to perform to this level of excellence. Oversee leasing duties.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills. Yardi experience preferred, but not required. At least five years of experience in multi-family property management with at least three years in a supervisor role. CAM preferred but not required.
