Assistant Property Manager:
OperationsSupport:
Assist the Property Manager with daily propertyoperations, tenant relations, leasing, and maintenancecoordination.
Tenant Relations:
Respond to tenant inquiries andconcerns with professionalism and excellent customerservice.
Move-In/Move-Out Coordination:
Oversee move-in/move-outprocesses, conduct inspections, and ensure smooth tenanttransitions.
Rent Collection & Delinquency Management:
Assist withrent collection, manage follow-ups on overdue payments, and enforcecollection procedures.
Maintenance Coordination:
Collaborate withmaintenance staff and contractors to schedule repairs and ensureproperty upkeep.
Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate records ofexpenses, income, leasing activities, and maintenance workorders. Qualifications for
