- Respond to site visits or telephone inquiries
- Conduct site tours
- Effectively lease apartments
- Be able to prepare and explain lease-related paperwork
- Increase property traffic levels and work to exceed budgeted occupancy percentages
- Assist in collection, posting and depositing of rental payments
- Assist with ensuring the timely receipt of rental collections and evictions on delinquent residents
- Assist with day to day functions of maintaining an orderly leasing office
- Organize resident functions including parties and newsletters
- All other duties assigned by the Site Property Manager Qualifications /
Experience Necessary:
- Tax Credit experience preferred
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- At least 1 year prior leasing experience in the multifamily industry
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with OneSite required
- Must be able to multi-task and meet agreed upon deadlines
- Attention to detail and organized
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
