- Oversee the daily operations and management of residential and commercial properties
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as needed
- Advertise and market available properties to attract potential tenants
- Screen and select qualified tenants through background checks and reference verification
- Prepare lease agreements, rental applications, and other necessary documents
- Collect rent payments and manage financial transactions related to the properties
- Enforce lease terms, address lease violations, and initiate eviction proceedings if necessary
- Maintain accurate records of property-related activities, expenses, and tenant interactions “`Skills“`
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Proficiency in using property management software such as Yardi or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proven ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
- Experience in data entry and record keeping for property-related activities
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to property management

- Understanding of contract management principles for vendor agreements and service contracts
