Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite for data entry, lease administration, and reporting. Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to ensure quality services at competitive rates. Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure adherence to safety standards. Address tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and property-related documentation. Collaborate with administrative staff to streamline operations and improve customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of facilities management practices and principles. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
