Job Description
Property Manager Assistant Mississippi Regional Housing Authority No VIII Moss Point, MS 39562 This position is responsible for assisting in the oversight of property management operations including maintenance and resident services. This position will also be responsible for assisting in meeting occupancy, rent collection, maintenance and financial goals of the assigned property. Applicant must be eligible for coverage under Mississippi Regional Housing Authority VIII fleet auto insurance (i.e. acceptable driving record/ no DUI in last 5 years) possessing a valid driver’s license. Applicant must possess computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Office is a part of the daily operations.
