This is a ground-up opportunity with room for advancement in a growing company. Essential Job Responsibilities Collect rent and other lease-related payments accurately and on time. Maximize occupancy through effective advertising, excellent customer service, and maintaining curb appeal. Enforce lease agreements, community rules, and relevant regulations consistently and professionally. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for residents. Collaborate with maintenance and vendor teams to ensure property upkeep. Qualifications At least 1 year of property management experience (Manufactured Housing or RV Parks a plus).
