Requirements:

Strong computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to operate all office equipment Previous customer service, sales and marketing experience Working knowledge of HUD, Section 8, Tax Credit, Eviction Law and Fair Housing regulations Ability to walk the property and climb stairs Posses a valid drivers license Why you should work for
