Property Manager Trails End Apartments 34 Sherry Drive, Burlington, NC 27215 Job description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of 304 units. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen understanding of property management practices, and the ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, and team members. This role requires a proactive approach to managing property operations, ensuring retention efforts and maintaining compliance, having ready product and raising occupancy. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the property is well-maintained, curb appeal is a must.
- Coordinate leasing activities including marketing available units, conducting tours, visiting preferred employers and inspecting units daily.
- Maintain accurate records of communication, files, and reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs, turns and upkeep of properties. Knowledge of renovations helpful. Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management, 5+ plus in conventional manager role preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on sales techniques and leasing.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
