Community Manager – Affordable 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 200 Luther Road, Jefferson, NC 28640 We are seeking a Community Manager – Affordable for Mountain Village apartments in Jefferson, NC. Qualified Professionals will have at least two years of property management experience in affordable housing. This position offers 30-40 hours per week depending on candidate availability.
Summary of Position:
Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartments Resident certifying Assisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emails Completing all lease paperwork Completing and processing applications Explaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents Walking apartments and property to report all necessary improvements. Upkeep the office and clubhouse Rent collections Processing invoices Other duties as assigned
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Job Requirements:
Good organizational skills Good verbal and written skills Strong customer service orientation Must have reliable transportation
