Vacation Rental Property Manager 4 Seasons Vacation Rentals & Sales 370 South Main Street, Jefferson, NC 28640 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vacation Rental Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, managing property upkeep, coordinating turnovers, and optimizing occupancy and revenue. Responsibilities:
Manage guest communications before, during, and after their stay Handle guest issues promptly and professionally Monitor and respond to reviews across platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) Oversee the cleaning and turnover process between stays Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet quality standards Schedule and supervise maintenance and repairs Ensure homes are well-stocked with supplies and amenities Create and optimize listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and other platforms Update pricing, availability, and booking calendars Use dynamic pricing tools and analytics to maximize revenue Coordinate with cleaners, handymen, landscapers, and other vendors Hire and train team members as needed Maintain vendor contracts and service agreements Track expenses, maintenance schedules, and inventory Prepare occupancy reports and financial summaries Ensure compliance with local laws, permits, taxes, and HOA guidelines Q ualifications: Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or related field Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Guesty, Hostfully, Lodgify) is a plus Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills:
