This project requires an energetic and proven sales leader with experience hiring, training, managing and motivating a sales or leasing team in a fast-paced, goals-driven environment. The initial contract position will be for 9 months, but additional opportunities may be available. Compensation will include a monthly stipend plus generous performance incentives and housing, if needed, for the length of the contract. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Hiring, training and managing a leasing staff to engage with prospects by phone, electronic communication and in person with the goal of achieving a closing ratio over 50%.
• Inspecting the properties weekly for any issues that would impact leasing and coordinating with management to resolve.
• Developing a comprehensive marketing plan for area and local businesses to increase brand awareness.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the competitive environment including direct competitors’ location, product, pricing, and vacancy.

Engaging with upper management to evaluate product pricing to meet leasing and revenue goals.

Qualifications:

• Prior Multi Family sales and leasing experience – preferably in Leadership Role
• Experience in evaluating a market and implementing a marketing plan.
• Attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Microsoft products and Onesite Leasing and Rents.
• Must be willing to relocate to within 10 miles of the properties.

Housing can be provided on site for the length of the contract, if needed.

Job Type/Compensation:

• This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours a week including Some weekends as needed.
• Dependent on applicant’s level of proven experience, a monthly stipend of $6,000 – 8,000 is anticipated.

An applicant meeting occupancy and revenue goals could expect to earn a 50-70% in additional compensation on incentives during the term of the contract.
