We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a high-performing residential community, leading day-to-day operations, financial performance, team development, and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of five years of property management experience and is a strong cultural fit—committed to operational excellence, resident care, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Lead on-site teams in executing daily operations in alignment with company policies and community standards. Set the tone for accountability, performance, and professionalism across leasing and maintenance teams. Conduct regular property walks, team meetings, and ensure proactive issue resolution. Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and internal leadership. Financial & Performance Management Manage property budget with a focus on revenue growth, expense control, and NOI goals. Track and optimize rent collection, delinquency, leasing velocity, and renewals. Analyze local market data to inform pricing strategies and occupancy plans. Lead monthly performance reviews and collaborate with the Area Property Manager on business planning. Resident Experience & Community Culture Champion a resident-first approach that prioritizes responsiveness, care, and consistency. Handle escalated concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset. Partner with leasing to design and implement resident engagement and retention initiatives. Maintenance & Asset Oversight Ensure the community maintains excellent curb appeal, cleanliness, and functionality. Partner with maintenance leadership on timely work order completion and quality unit turns. Manage vendor partnerships and service contracts to ensure performance and value. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in residential property management, with a track record of strong performance. Deep understanding of multifamily operations, leasing, compliance, and resident retention. Budgeting, financial reporting, and performance tracking experience required. Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management platforms. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. CAM or similar designation preferred. Full-time Pay:

$60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
