High School Diploma or G.E.D. required Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential property management Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) required Yardi Program knowledge is a plus Must be available for emergency situations. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively Excellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills and a customer-focused service orientation Proficient in reading, writing, grammar and mathematical skills
