What You’ll Do:
As a Front Desk Service Manager, you’ll be the first impression of Fit 4 Life, delivering world-class customer service and ensuring our gym runs like a well- oiled machine.

Pay:
$12.50 – $14 an hour, depending on experience and certifications. What’s In It for You? Benefits:
Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): After 90 days, accrue 1 day of PTO (8 hours) per month , totaling 11 days per year . After 5 years, unlock an additional 10 days of PTO annually (21 days per year) , starting on your fifth anniversary and continuing each year thereafter. Celebrate with 3 paid holidays after 1 year: Christmas, Thanksgiving, and July 4 .

Responsibilities:
Consistently recognizes and rewards outstanding performance to foster motivation and engagement. Provides targeted coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team competency and growth. Upholds consistent, fair, and effective people practices, taking appropriate action when necessary. Delivers ongoing follow-up and actionable feedback on initiatives, systems, and programs to assistant club managers and hourly teammates. Collaborates with Senior leaders and General Manager to diagnose challenges, develop strategic plans, and implement solutions.
Social Media Marketing:
Create and utilize existing ads to post daily on multiple social media platforms. Additionally, respond to all comments, reviews, and direct messages to ensure quality communication with customers.
