How to Apply – Manufactured Home Community Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufactured Home Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 300-pad community. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently.

July Responsibilities:
Park Oversight & Operations:

Manage day-to-day park operations, including leasing, maintenance scheduling, lot inspections, vendor coordination, overseeing landscaping, maintaining curb appeal, and work orders.

Tenant Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Enforce Park rules and regulations, ensuring a positive community atmosphere.

Financial Management:

Issue notices for late/non-payment and ensure accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with the regional team to develop and manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability.

Our Asks :
Experience:

Minimum 3 years of property management experience. Mobile Home Community experience is a huge plus!

Travel Requirement:

Willingness and ability to travel to parks within the portfolio, staying from short-term to long term stays

Work Ethic:

Highly motivated, self-starter with a “hands-on” approach and the ability to work independently.

Additional:

Valid driver’s license; Spanish and sales skills are a plus.
