Summary:
- The Residential House Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a level 3 residential group home for adolescents, ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of residents. This role involves supervising staff, managing the facility, implementing program activities, and fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities:

Staff Supervision:
- Provide leadership and direction to residential staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. 2.

- Ensure the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of residents are met through individualized care plans and interventions. 3.

- Develop and implement programming to support residents’ social, emotional, and behavioral development, in alignment with treatment goals. 4.

- Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and safety of the group home, including coordinating repairs and inspections as needed. 5.
