This full-time role is ideal for a data expert with experience in property management administration , database management, and various software tools, including Excel, Streamline, RevMax, DocuSign, and Mail Merge . The right candidate will be an analytical problem-solver and a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain property management agreements and databases. Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy across multiple platforms. Utilize Excel and other tools to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency. Handle website data entry and management to keep listings and information up to date. Identify and resolve data-related challenges efficiently. Support mail merge and document processing. Collaborate with internal teams to improve data processes and management . Demonstrate problem-solving skills to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in data entry, database management, and problem-solving . Proficiency in Excel, Streamline, RevMax, DocuSign, and Mail Merge . Strong attention to detail and ability to streamline processes. Real estate license preferred but not required . Ability to work partially remote for the right candidate.
