Summary Ambleside Inc. is seeking a skilled individual to become our Residential Team Lead. This position requires flexibility, evening and weekend availability, the ability to work independently as well as within a team. The Team Leader’s schedule will be a flex schedule designed to meet the demands of the program. This includes on-call availability to cover call outs, supervise Group Home Leads and complete documentation in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:

1. Must have at least 3 years of experience working in the IDD, Mental Health or Dual Diagnosis fields, providing direct care to individuals in a group home setting. 2. Must have at least 2 years of management experience, including in the areas of hiring, disciplinary action, terminations, scheduling, purchasing power and training. 3. Must have dependable transportation and an active driver’s license in order to provide supervision needed on-site in Ambleside group homes across the region. Routine supervision required. 4.
