As our Leasing Specialist , you will be responsible for the general marketing and leasing activity of the property.
Summary of responsibilities:
Show Market-Ready apartments and community to customers Prepare Application and Lease documents for new residents Assist in marketing promotions Generate sales to increase occupancy Promote resident retention programs Compile reports and maintain files while adhering to company policies and fair housing laws Successful candidates will have: 1+ years of related experience in the real estate, retail, or customer service industry Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours) Ability to represent the company in its relations with residents, employees, and local vendors
