Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to get started in the Property Manager position as soon as possible. This person will work with the Area Manager to oversee all property management activities, including leasing, approving and enrolling new residents, unit turnovers, and tracking of maintenance needs. This person will also work with current residents to resolve any issues and ensure all units are maintained and resident satisfaction is maintained. Requirements:

• -2+ years in Assistant Property Manager role required
• -Experience with leasing approval process required
• -Ability to work independently and strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
• -Experience with LIHTC required
• -Strong customer service mindset required
