Boring Detail- Job Responsibilities- Take Ownership of Your Work:
Be a grown-up Manage daily tasks and responsibilities with confidence and accountability. Collect payments accurately and promptly while maintaining records in accordance with company policies. Support overall operations by completing additional tasks as assigned. Work independently and manage your time efficiently, showing self-discipline and initiative.
Customer Interaction & Communication:
Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner. Provide informative and engaging property tours to ensure prospective customers feel comfortable and well-informed.
Property Maintenance & Operations:
Physical requirements include daily walks of the property, cleaning the units and the property, opening, and closing of the storage doors (up to 50 lbs.) Maintaining facility which includes mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and similar light activities. Keeping a clean and safe storage facility to ensure condition meets company guidelines (i.e., clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, and paving, fence, walls, doors)
Customer Service & Professionalism:

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
The essential functions of this position require an employee to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to frequently use their hands or fingers to operate equipment and handle tools. You must be able to sit, stand, walk, and reach for extended periods, and occasionally lift or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required, including close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment is generally moderate in noise level, but this can vary with the worksite and operational needs.
