Job Description
Residential Facility Manager CHTF Raeford, NC 28376 Our Facility is a facility that is committed to providing quality Psychiatric Residential Treatment services to Children and/or Adolescents with Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (DD/MH/SAS) diagnosis. Our Facility Manager is required to oversee, lead and supervise the Residential Staff providing 24/7 monitoring and supervision of our consumers.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
(REQUIRED)
- High school Diploma or GED, Prior relevant experience working in similar field (minimum of 4 years ) and/or combination of experience, skills and competencies that is equivalent. Minimum of 2 years experience in management or supervisory role.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OR OTHER FACTORS
- General knowledge of behavioral patterns and attitudes common with children and adolescents in
DD/MD/SAS
populations Ability to deal patiently and fairly with staff, consumers, families and others Ability to maintain effective and efficient working relationships and present an atmosphere of teamwork Consistently aware of health and safety needs for all staff and consumers Demonstrate good oral, written and documentation skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Oversee and manage all residential staff.
Coordinate with Team Leaders on each shift Maintain the weekly work schedule to allow for backup staff assigned in the appropriate ration for each shift and to provide identified transport Provide staff direction during shifts to promote adherence to the structured daily activity schedule Maintain an appropriate clinical/therapeutic relationship with each consumer, while developing an ongoing professional relationship with other staff and co-workers. Responsible for assuring adherence to all policies and procedures of the facility as well as to the state requirements. Receive, categorize, and investigate allegations of compliance issues and report findings to the CEO and/or the Program Director Precisely documents events and transaction specific to job duties in approved Agency formats. Understands and adheres to program operating procedures Make appearances on each shift to ensure the facility maintains a safe and secure environment by continually analyzing security practices. Attend and participate in scheduled administrative staff meetings Communicate with supervisor and established chain of command regarding daily operations and/or incidents Behaves ethically; presents a professional image in appearance, communications, and demeanor; adheres to Agency scheduling Policy Models direct and clear communications with peers, clients, and subordinates; culturally aware and respectful of differences.
