Property Manager/Handyman Twin Lakes Mobile & RV Park Old Fort, NC 28762 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a comprehensive understanding of property management practices, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. This role requires an individual who is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. If the individual wishes to stay on the property, a lot will be provided for them. Duties Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing available properties, conducting showings, and processing applications. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and leases. Oversee property maintenance and repairs by coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely service delivery. Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly to foster positive relationships and enhance tenant satisfaction. Prepare and maintain legal administrative documents related to contracts, leases, and other property-related agreements. Implement upselling strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue generation for the properties managed. Maintain organized office files related to property management activities, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. Experience Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members. Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and legal aspects of property leasing is essential. Excellent negotiation skills for handling contracts and resolving tenant issues effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing office tasks and documentation.
