Life Insurance Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative:
  • Work independently with minimal supervision. Take ownership of all projects and demonstrate initiative in addressing new challenges.
  • Foster a positive working environment with staff and service providers to achieve ownership goals.
  • Manage multiple special requests with varying deadlines while maintaining routine workload responsibilities.
  • Prepare, review and interpret lease agreements, ensuring compliance with general provisions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with counsel for eviction procedures and processes.
  • Address tenant concerns, inquiries, and maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner. Ensure that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly. Ensure that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
  • Conduct routine on-site property inspections and coordinate required maintenance and repairs, keeping comprehensive documentation of inspections and repair work done and track progress through completion.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, tenants, and team members to build positive relationships.
  • Conduct tenant move-in and move-out inspections.
  • Maintain log for maintenance requests/repairs.
Financial:
  • Review and compile monthly financial reporting packages for property owner.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of annual reconciliations in accordance with lease terms.
  • Stay current on all accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) for assigned properties.
Shift & Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday thru

Friday Education:

GED or High School Diploma (Required)

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in property management or office administration. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective time management Knowledge of eviction procedures is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is a plus. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Paralegal experience is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish-Required) Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects. Proactive and adaptable Ability to learn new software/programming for property maintenance.

Work Location:

In person (no remote work) The ideal candidate for this job has strong administrative, property management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently. The day to day of this job will revolve around the following: gathering pertinent information from tenants, inspecting property and issuing violations, working with maintenance to resolve property issues, assist in the eviction process, communicating property condition and activity to our corporate team, assisting in the development and implementation of property procedures in order to deliver the best product possible.
