This role involves supervising a team lead therapist, QP, AP, PP and PSS, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and implementing evidence-based practices to achieve positive outcomes for clients. The CST Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that community support team services are provided in strict adherence to service definitions and laws governing delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:
o Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community support team program. o Ensure the program meets all regulatory and accreditation standards. o Develop and implement program policies and procedures. o Monitor program performance and implement quality improvement initiatives. o Participate in the selection and termination of staff o Promote a positive work environment that possesses accountability o Maintain effective working relationships with agency staff 2.
Staff Supervision:
o Recruit, hire, train, and supervise in-home therapists and case managers. o Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support. o Facilitate team meetings and provide supervision to ensure high-quality service delivery. o Ensure regular feedback and guidance is provided for employee development and enhanced productivity 3.
Client Services:
o Ensure that clients receive comprehensive, individualized treatment plans. o Oversee the assessment, treatment planning, and service delivery for all clients. o Monitor client progress and outcomes, adjusting services as needed. o Coordinate with other service providers and community resources to support clients and families. 4.
Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure all client records and documentation are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements. o Stay current with changes in regulations and best practices in intensive in-home services. o Ensure efficiency in operations while holding high clinical quality and service excellence o Regularly evaluate services and implement plans, with measurable outcomes, for continual improvement o Oversee the intake and discharge process and ensure all appropriate paperwork and all data entry is completed and delivered in a timely, efficient manner o Oversee risk management and participate in crisis resolution o Review, approve and process incident reports to Quality Management and appropriate staff o Utilize technology for efficient data management and electronic health record maintenance o Other duties as assigned.
Community Outreach:
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, community partners, and stakeholders.
Working Conditions:
Office environment with frequent travel to client homes and community settings. Interaction with clients who may have complex and challenging needs.
WORKING HOURS
Monday through Friday, 8:30am -5:00pm, with flexibility required to meet consumer needs. Some travel is required and may include transporting consumers/families in vehicles.
Special Requirements:
Must pass background investigation that satisfies Endorsement or Accreditation approval. Valid North Carolina driver’s license and use of personal vehicle with applicable insurance coverage as prescribed by North Carolina law or equivalent transportation. Employee must be insurable under county liability coverage.
