  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have experience in property management. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our properties, including managing tenants, maintaining property records, and addressing any issues that may arise.

  • Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel, contractors, and vendors.
  • Handle all aspects of tenant relations, including communication, rent collection, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of property files, including lease agreements, maintenance schedules, and financial reports.
  • Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including legal administrative tasks.
  • Negotiate with vendors and contractors to obtain the best rates and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors, handling inquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact.
  • Utilize strong phone etiquette to handle all incoming and outgoing calls related to property management.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
  • Upsell and market additional services to tenants, such as additional storage or amenities.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and property-related activities.
  • Manage the budget for the properties, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that funds are allocated effectively.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business administration or property management.
  • At least two years of experience in property management, with a focus on customer service and conflict management.
  • Proven experience with CMMS software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage budgets.
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with legal administrative tasks and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Ability to upsell and market additional services to tenants.
  • Physical ability to perform regular property inspections.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

From $45,000.00 per year
