The Regional Manager leads and supports a team of Community Managers to ensure optimal performance, strong financial results, high-quality service delivery, and a superior level of resident satisfaction.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Focus on the financial performance of each community, ensuring optimal staffing, efficient operations, and high returns for investors Hire, train, develop, coach, and supervise a portfolio of Community Managers Evaluate on-site staff performance in alignment with leasing and operational expectations Promote a high level of customer service and ensure all teams deliver exceptional resident experiences Achieve budgeted income, expense, and leasing goals across the portfolio Oversee the annual budgeting process for each community, working closely with each manager Review and analyze monthly financial operations and provide strategic support where needed Conduct market evaluations to inform pricing and rent positioning, ensuring alignment with market and budgeted goals Partner with each Community Manager to develop marketing strategies, especially for lease-ups, and conduct regular marketing reviews Guide and support the execution of lease-up operations and high-end property openings Conduct regular site visits to maintain high standards of quality, curb appeal, and service delivery Collaborate with internal departments, including Construction Services, for capital improvement and renovation projects Foster strong teams through empowerment, open communication, and recognition programs Communicate company goals, initiatives, and values consistently to on-site leadership teams Travel across assigned states regularly to provide in-person leadership and oversight:

Requirements Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Sales and marketing expertise, including training, goal-setting, and market analysis Proven leadership in recruiting, hiring, team retention, coaching, and performance management Ability to travel across multiple states:
