Full Job Description What You’ll Do:

As a Property Manager, you’ll be the face of our community, responsible for day-to-day operations at our affordable housing properties. From leasing and resident engagement to maintenance oversight and compliance, you’ll ensure the property runs smoothly and stays fully occupied. Key Responsibilities:

Manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and local/state/federal regulations Lead property inspections and coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance Partner with Asset Management and Lease Admin teams to improve performance Analyze budgets and financials, and report on property operations Use Yardi or similar systems to manage property data and communication

What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:

3+ years in Property Management (Affordable Housing preferred) Working knowledge of Yardi or similar property management software Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and meet deadlines

Bonus Points For:

Experience with HUD, LIHTC, or other affordable housing programs Familiarity with leasing and rental processes Financial analysis and budgeting experience Why PEM?
