Eide Bailly Executive Search has been retained by Wyoming CountyCommunity Health System (WCCHS) based in Warsaw, New York torecruit its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Reporting to theBoard of Directors, the CEO is the senior administrator for theorganization.

WCCHS, a full-service,County-owned health system comprised of a 25 bed critical accesshospital with a 138 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Warsaw, NY,provides 24-hour emergency care as well as a full range ofspecialty health care. Services include family and internalmedicine, orthopedics and podiatry, women’s health, a 12-beddistinct part inpatient mental health unit, neurology,endocrinology, outpatient dialysis, general surgery, and a varietyof other specialty services. WCCHS has outpatient offices inArcade, Attica, Mt. Morris, Perry, and Warsaw,NY.ResponsibilitiesThe CEO is responsible for managing alloperations of the organization. The CEO will lead strategicplanning, monitor organizational performance, oversee organizedmanagement functions, assure proper communication internally andexternally, ensure the organization is compliant, lead riskmanagement, and oversee the senior executive team. In addition,communicates, clarifies, interprets, and operationalizes themission and values of the hospital with all constituenciesincluding, but not limited to, the Board of Directors, MedicalStaff, Leadership staff, employees, patients, visitors, and thecommunity in general.
