The Opportunity As a Leasing Specialist at LSA Management, you will be responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations within the community. You will play a key role in ensuring resident satisfaction and community profitability, working closely with the Community Manager to align community goals with company objectives. The Skillset Passion for providing exceptional customer service 3+ years of Leasing experience in a Multifamily environment Affordable Housing leasing experience preferred Thrives in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends based on business needs Solid computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel, internet, email) Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation Working knowledge of Yardi and/or RealPage Property Management software preferred.
