About the Role As a Program Supervisor , you’ll lead a team of Youth Workers to foster a structured, nurturing, and emotionally safe environment. You’ll play a critical role in helping clients feel supported, understood, and empowered—every day.
You will:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities in our group home or residential facility. Mentor and manage Youth Workers to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care. Create a positive, non-punitive environment that builds on each adolescent’s strengths. Monitor youth participation in social and learning activities, encouraging personal growth. Work closely with the Treatment Team to document progress and ensure unified support plans. Respond to crises with calm, clarity, and compassion.
What We’re Looking For Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred) with at least 5 years of relevant experience working with youth populations.
Leadership:
Strong coordination and supervision skills with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
Physical Readiness:
Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, running, lifting, and crisis intervention, if necessary.
Professionalism:
Must be 21 or older, hold a valid NC driver’s license with a clean record, and be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
