Junior Property Manager Refolio Properties Cary, NC 27511 Junior Property Manager Refolio Properties is a trusted one stop property management partner for the landlords in the Triangle area. We offer modern solutions to Property Management using a combination of the latest mobile apps and cloud-based technology in the real estate industry. Our comprehensive services include rent collection, move in/out inspection, market rent analysis, marketing, prospective tenants screening, property showing, property readiness review and maintenance coordination. We manage about a portfolio of 400+ residential rental properties including mostly single-family homes andtownhomes with a few apartment complexes, plus several commercial rental properties. Refolio Properties was formally established in 2017; before then the property management business had been in operations since 2012.
Job Responsibilities Might Include:
Assists in managing all aspects of a rental property’s tenancy and maintenance. Work under the directions of the Property Manager as warranted. Communicates with tenants regarding property-related issues. Coordinates with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and repair needs and resolve the issues timely. Assist in building positive relationship with prospective/current tenants. Meets with prospective tenants to show properties as required, process rental applications and complete preprinted form lease. Prepare and review market rent analysis with the landlords. Create and distribute marketing materials to attract new tenants as appropriate. Submit rental listings and changes. Inspect the rental property conditions for rental readiness and move in/out as appropriate. Present qualified applications to the landlords. Collects monthly fees and maintains records of payments and rental activity. Investigates and helps to resolve complaints, disturbances and violations. Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Perform administrative and other related tasks as assigned. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure high client satisfaction. [Work Hours & Benefits] This is a full time position. Annual salary is $45,000 — $55,000 depending on qualifications and experiences. This job might require occasional on call duties for off office or weekend hours on rotational basis. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Previous experience in residential property management or real estate NC Real Estate License is required for this position within the first six 6) months of employment.
