Job Description

On-Site Property Manager – Raleigh Confidential Raleigh, NC 27635 The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a residential or commercial property. This includes managing the leasing process, collecting rent, maintaining the property, and resolving tenant issues.

MUST HAVE

experience with 200+ unit properties.

Responsibilities:

Manage the leasing process, including advertising vacancies, showing properties to prospective tenants, and negotiating leases. Collect rent from tenants and deposit it into the property’s bank account. Maintain the property, including repairs, renovations, and landscaping. Resolve tenant issues, such as late rent payments, noise complaints, and maintenance requests. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Work with other members of the property management team to ensure the smooth operation of the property.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in property management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
