The position requires a strong leader that can handle new construction demands and leasing for the property, excellent marketing skills, communicate well with ownership and can build and manage a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of a community or property.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly
  • Manage team Leasing and Maintenance Team Members.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs for the property, ensuring timely completion
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance or safety issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident leases, payments, and maintenance requests
  • Assist with the leasing process, including showing available units, screening potential tenants, and preparing lease agreements
  • Handle resident inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery
  • Implement and enforce community rules and regulations
  • Utilize property management software (e.

g., OneSite) for data entry, reporting, and record keeping

Experience:
  • 3 years’ previous experience in customer relationship management within a property management setting
  • Knowledge of property maintenance practices and procedures
  • Proficient in data entry and record keeping
  • Familiarity with facilities management principles
  • Experience working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs is a plus
  • Understanding of legal administrative processes related to property management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
